From signup to first rent check

    Free property analysis

    We tour the property, pull comps, and send a written rent estimate plus a positioning recommendation.

    Sign + setup

    Management agreement, owner portal access, and any pre-listing prep we recommended.

  3. 03

    Market + screen

    Photos, listing, showings, applications. Most units lease within 14–28 days.

  4. 04

    Lease + manage

    Move-in inspection, rent collection, ongoing maintenance, monthly reporting.

Simple monthly management fee

8% of monthly rent. No setup fee. Leasing fee only when we place a new tenant. Full pricing on request.
